California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is the third largest university of 23 campuses within the CSU system, featuring 7 colleges.

Led database marketing efforts, managing  a team of 6, in addition to call center staff (total of 50). Developed strategy and implemented database marketing, including direct mail, email marketing, telemarketing and events.

  • Branded Annual Fund as Beach Fund and conceived the My Beach campaign, which highlighted the personal experiences of students, faculty and alumni.
  • Achieved 20% increase in direct mail / telemarketing response rates, and set record high for annual fund revenues.
